"I'm paying way too much, never asked for roadside assistance but decided to use it since I was paying for it. They sent the people that they use to jump my car(battery drained from door not being closed all the way) roadside assistance hooked the cables up the wrong way while the charger was on and fried my electrical system. I've been having problems since they did that and nobody doing anything for me. The last time I called the girl that answered kept informing me of what kind of insurance I didn't have. I don't think they use a reputable company to do their roadside assistance and they should be responsible for fixing my car. I guess that's not going to happen though. I'm 62 and have always carried insurance on my car and never been treated this way."
